Just keep away from this stove. I bought this in March 2024. And today (january 2025) there was a very big flame outside the stove when my mother tried to ignite the burner. Later we found out that there is big leak in the fuel tube to one of the burners. Fuel tube getting a hole within a year!!!!! That says a lot about the quality of the stove!!! If you want to stay alive, stay away from Faber!!!!
Update: the Faber customer service quickly responded after I wrote the above review. They immediately replaced the parts and fixed the problem. So I am giving a 4* rating because of their service. Quality wise, I am not impressed, especially since Faber being a German company.

Burner gap is proper
product dimention given on the amazon is completelhy wrong.

I bought it in February and since then there has been one problem or another.
1. The ring on the middle burner is not balanced and after raising complaints also it was never replaced
2. The right burner started going dim and then I raised a complaint and they cleaned it after a week. But now the 2 burners are slow.
The service is not there in most cities of India and the product also is of very low quality. It only looks good. But it’s a very cheap product.

My new stove had a defect with the small burner. The burner goes off when we reduce the flame to the minimal. The concern was raised to Faber (ticket number: CHE1605240242) on 16th May till now (today: 08th June) the issue remain unresolved. Amazon return window is closed and I’m stuck with defective stove.
Adding to my initial review: The issue got resolved today (11th june). Faber HQ picked up my review and acted swiftly to resolve the same.

Gas inlet at back is a huge plus for me. Spacing between burners is too good. The enamel on the stand started chipping off in a couple of days, but guess thay happens with all coated stands. Decent product after a month long research. Lot of cling noise with the stands making impact with the steel surface which is a n irritant, the loose securing holes to blame.Hopefully service won’t disappoint when required.

Writing this review after using it since 2023. Initially, I noticed the flame on the big burner is not uniform. One side is hotter than the other, so the food gets burnt even when switched to simmer. Now, after more than a year, all the switches have become tight and can’t be rotated easily. The only positive feature is the quality of the stainless steel, which still looks shiny and new.
