I purchased a Faber Gas Stove on 7th August, and within a very short time, the burner knob became completely jammed and stopped working properly. I immediately raised a complaint with the customer service center, but instead of providing proper support under warranty, they asked me to pay ₹300 as technician visit charges.
This is highly unprofessional and disappointing. A new product should not have such defects, and charging customers for service so soon after purchase is unacceptable. I trusted Faber for its quality, but this experience has completely changed my opinion.
Not recommended at all. Poor product quality and even worse customer service.

Producr first day itself not working. Burners are good. But knob cheap and not working from day one. Had to call service center. He inserted one newspaper bit and made to work. Asked to replace. He refused. Regretting for purchased this. Dont buy…. Hard earned money will go waste.
