There were manufacturing defects wherein fire died on moving to SIM. Raees Ahmad who was tasked with installation of cooktop by Faber India, resolved the concern to our satisfaction

Good product, just keep in mind that it has glass therefore necessary measures to taken while using, the precautionary measure are mentioned on the stove itself read before use
