Product is good as expected but the warranty is not free as mentioned in Amazon. Service provider will call and ask for some amount to make the warranty valid.

Using nearly one year. Performance of this stove is very poor. Not upto the mark. Even customer care executive can’t able to fix the problems like flame is very low in two burners and one of the burner not even working. So guys before purchasing this product it’s better to search other products also.

I’m writing this review after 3 months of usage.
I must say it really is good in terms of usage and flame.
The glass finish gives it a premium look. Just make sure clean the glass top once the burner is cooled.
I’m using it with cylinder and so far no issues. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews about glass cracking, for which I would say it depends on how much you take care of it and how you use it.

The Faber customer service visited my fixed the regulator issue. There is no issue pending.
Re rating the review from 3 to 5 *
The regulator needed repairing within a month of buying the product. Faber’s WhatsApp customer service is inadequate. Although after I could reach to a customer service person,my stove was repaired within the timeline

Purchased this after a lot of research, saw a lot of reviews for other stoves with, glass breaking complaint. So was hesitant to go with the glass models.
Faber was a reliable brand, have been using it for about 3 months now, nothing to complain.
The knobs where a little tight , but got better after a few weeks

I bought this Product in June.
5 days back 15th Dec this products glass shattered and now Faber is giving hard time to get it repaired. After complaint technician visited and now No return no replacement and no reply from them very bad. We are having to cook on it with cracked glass as waiting for a reply from Fabers team how and when it will get repaired. 2 days after purchase in June the knobs started coming off. The stand was too low n was getting too heated. Totally bad product and very bad after sales service. Waste of time and money. Even Amazon executives keep saying they are raising tickets n have failed to do so. Every time I’m speaking to a new executive n he/she says we will support you we are raising ticket. But today I came to know Amazon has not raised a ticket at all on company and has not done anything yet. Extremely disappointed with this behaviour
