Worst delivery by Amazon, second time faced such issue. Under discount Amazon sell defective and undervalued products. Upon all expect every consumer to speak Hindi. Doesn’t respect and uphold consumer rights.

My previous cooktop was great, but the customer service was lacking. I chose this Faber cooktop because I had heard positive reviews about their after-sales support.
The cooktop works well, but the auto-ignition feature is inconvenient. You have to press a separate ignition button at the same time as you turn on a burner knob. This causes all burners to spark, even if you only need one. My old cooktop didn’t have this issue—it didn’t need a separate button, and only the burner you turned on would spark.
The installation was quick, but they charged Rs. 350 for it. One of the burners had a weak flame, so I contacted them and they sent someone the next day to fix it. Their service is reliable overall. However, it would be better if the installation were free, as it is with other brands.

I have purchased the cooktop an year ago. Auto Ignition system was giving trouble, then stopped working around six months back. Numerous complaints to Franke Faber and follow up with the Service Centre resulted in technicians visit,and they recommended replacement of the part(Generator). A technician with the spare part arrived today after a gap of two months and while replacing found the new spare part sent by the company is defective. Problem remains.
Extremely poor after sales services by Franke Faber.
P.S. Service Technician turned up on 14.7 25.,after a gap of another one month, again with a spare part which is defective As a result the problem remains unsolved for the last three months.
UPDATE:Finally the problem is resolved today, 23.7.25.A Service Technician, knowledgeable and helpful Mr Ayan Ghosh arrived with spare parts and resolved the the problem satisfactorily. Thanks to everyone 😊
