Do not buy. Here are the problems:

1. 1st order the stove was leaking gas straight out of the box as soon as connected and switched on the gas supply. Imagine the quality controls if the a gas stove leaks even without turning on the burner first time. Don’t they even perform basic checks on such a product as a gas stove where if anything goes wrong the consequences are unimaginable?
2. 2nd order, after few months the small burner is turning off at Sim flame. Without flame gas simply leaks out slowly. We have to be careful in setting the knob.
3. Medium burner knob is stuck. Even if the knob is touched gas is leaking. This is third instance of gas leaking on the product.
4. Called service and now that’s another drama
5. Firstly they updated someone else’s address under my mobile number/name/product. For past 5 days they are unable to figure out. I’ve got 10 calls till now each time I have to start fresh about wrong address in thier system.
6. Absolutely pathetic service if they can’t even get the address right for servicing where they’ve shipped and installed the stove already.
7. Service technician who was assigned is arrogant just because I was driving and couldn’t pick up the call he spoke rudely and said will come end of the day if he has time. Imagine. 😂
7. I am now stuck with only 1 out of 3 burners working properly that too the high flame one and it’s not even been few months.
8. I’ll be throwing this in garbage bin and will buy another reliable product. NEVER going to buy anything ever from Elica.

If you want peace of mind and care about your family’s life and property DO NOT buy Elica or it’s products. Don’t go by the name. Not every international product maintains same quality and service here
There are zero quality controls on Elica products. My previous burner worked for 18 years and I had changed only because looks weren’t matching with the new kitchen decor. That was a big mistake to buy Elica burner.
Imagine a company not having quality control on products that can cause injury or loss of life and serious damage to property.

Awesome product

It’s been 20 days now since we started using it and we find it perfect with no problems. The technician who did the installation did well and it was smoothly done. Its a good buy for a small family of 3-4.
