Bought 4 burner cook stop. No one came for demo even after request and calls. Got it done by myself paying outside technicians extra.
Burners are not working properly, it gets high flame due to which it looks like accidental jn usage. Since day 1 of buying it, has been calling Customer care of elica. Request is raised and gets closed. No update, no technician visit, just wasting my time in giving same process and response. Worst ever. Never going to buy Elica products again. And will tell the same to my family friends to never buy it.

Excellent product at this price range. Sturdy, stylish and quality product. There was minor issue with one nozzle which was promptly resolved by Elica customer service with absolutely no hassle. I definitely recommend this if your budget is between 5-7k.
