Good product value back product but manufacture defect i.e. big burnor is in right side & small burner is in left side. Hence at the time making chapati it is difficult to making chapati to in small left side burnor, and other gas stove one burnor is big then other small, small but it stovev two medium burnor and two small burnor
CHAITU –
Value for money… Good quality… But the external package is not good. There is no sufficient protection to product inside the package it can easily damaged. Update my review after 1 month use.

The product is excellent. It’s easy to install by ourself. But one of the burner was not working properly when it’s delivered. Contacted customer care support for after sales service. They responded immediately and customer friendly. One Mr. Yogeswaran from technical team came and did the service. He did a great job and special mention to him. Overall it’s a good product.

1. Body is steel but the gas supply assembly is loosely fitted., so its risky if we want to lift and clean stove. And I am worries if after a few years, the joints will crack open. Height is very low, so only way to clean below is to lift the stove.
2. Burners get tint of red when gas is on but return to normal gold color upon cooling. Not sure if they are pure brass. Need to cleaned every 15 days. Need to do more research.
3. The pot stands are very low quality. The pain started coming off from day 1. They got rust and now I am worried if it’s good for health.
4. The pot stands are not very balanced and too high from burner. bigger pots can get toppled since width of stand is less and too flat. Due to more height, heat from burner is always at center of pots which is not good.
5. Knobs are good and smooth, but its fitted with only screws without nut. Direction of knobs on-off are opposite to rest companies, so it takes while to get used to of it.

Went through so many reviews before settling on this stove. The steel one seems to be much more durable and has good value for money. It’s very easy to clean and maintain and so far no issues with the knobs or burners.

Pathetic product..
1 burner doesn’t work, one stand doesn’t have screws.
Another burner stopped working.
I raised complaint with Elica on Fri,22Jan and Elica guy says he will be able to come on Mon,25Jan.
In this fast age, can we expect 3 days delay.
Amazon return date also gone

Using Elica stove for more than 4 years. Had some wear and tear with one knob broken. Called customer service and within 24 hours they came and fixed it even though warranty period has expired. Very impressed with their after sale customer service and will definitely recommend this product to all !

Received without any damage. Very useful and easy to clean. Burner are very good.
I did not give 5 star due to the vessel holder design. Pointing edge and height of the holder should be cautious when cooking.
