Beautiful product, no need to cut granite slab and it is too slim and easy to use. I loved the product after using of 2 month i’m writing the review. Please go for it without thinking anything.
The auto ignition is also really good no need of electric plug point, you need to put only batteries.

I recently bought a new Crompton burner, and within a short time, it started having issues. The product is still under warranty, but their service team is charging money for repairs.
On top of that, I was also charged for installation, which wasn’t clearly communicated during the purchase. This is highly disappointing and feels like daylight looting of customers.
Is this how Crompton treats its customers after the sale? 😡

They charge 600 rupees to just visit even in warrenty period. What’s the use of the warrenty. They also force you to do service from them only else warrenty may get canceled as per third party service provider. 0 rating for them and for there service.

This product is extremely good and looks like a hub burner. But due to poor packaging one side of the stove was slightly damaged. Easy to use and value for money

I had purchased the hobtop a week ago. The delivery people were so nice and the product was in good condition.
This hodtop was perfect for our kitchen due to its thickness. As we had no plan to cut the slab and don’t want to lose the looks of our kitchen this was perfect. It’s 11cm from slab to top of the pan support and 3.7 cm from slab to top of glass.
When I was looking for a hob I was concerned about the auto ignition system. Recently I had returned a hobtop with faulty auto ignition system. For this hobtop top the auto ignition system is working fine which will work only when the dedicated button is launched.
I received a call from the service center exicutive for assistance the very next day of my product delivery. They gave me a brief about using this hobtop.

Service provided by Tulasi tech,Hyd when we had issues (one with knob earlier and now it’s regarding jet) . It’s a 6months old product and had serviced by this team twice till date . They provided good service. (I request Crompton to provide better services on WhatsApp support as they keep playing around the bushes when we go for any service checks . )
