Do not be fooled by the “Hybrid Design” or the sleek aesthetics. While the BLOWHOT Auto-Ignition Premium Hybrid Design Quartz 4 Burner looks great on a showroom floor, the ownership experience is a nightmare. This brand fails at the most critical stage, after-sales support.
Zero Accountability: The customer service team is effectively non-existent. Calls go unanswered, and emails seem to disappear into a void. If you have an issue, you are essentially on your own.
Technical Service Failures: Even if you manage to log a complaint, getting a technician to actually show up is nearly impossible. There is a total lack of technical infrastructure to support their products.
