Do not buy bajaj product. I have purchased product on sep 2024 after 6 months, stove is not working. It’s a automatic stove but it’s not lighting up automatically. We used to light through lighter and when we on the stove it making so much noise also.
I have raised service request on 9 th June, the service person came and said product is not working properly so we raise request to the company to replace the piece. They said within 10 days they will replace the stove, it’s almost 3 months now no one came to replace the product. We are trying to call the service person but he is not responding. So please do not buy this product.

This is initial review before installation. Although the product is priced good, and quality for price is ok. But one big negative is service. I have brought this new and company executive refused installation and conversion to PNG. Executive despite complaint refused saying it’s the Job of PNG ( IGL) company not bajaj. I was ready for even payment but even than they refused. Now it’s always dvisable that this conversion should be done by manufacturer itself for optimal flame production. So this first instance prove that bajaj doesn’tbmay not provide good service and warranty coverage.

β οΈ Consumer Alert β Poor Quality Bajaj 3-Burner Hob & Very Disappointing Service β οΈ
I purchased a Bajaj 3-Burner Hob from Amazon, expecting good performance from a reputed brand. Unfortunately, it has been a complete disappointment from day one.
Main problem: The burners give yellow flames, produce black carbon, and ruin cookware. I raised multiple complaints, Bajaj replaced burners twice, but the issue never got resolved.
Recently, Bajaj asked me to handover the hob to their service center. They tried repairing it (results still unsatisfactory) and later told me it would be replaced. I agreed and waited 12 days. Shockingly, I was informed that replacement was cancelled by their seniors β without even asking me β and they simply repaired it again.
My warranty ends on 12 October 2025, and I requested an extended warranty for 1 year (since the same issue has persisted for 2 years), but Bajaj refused. If this hob malfunctions again after October, I will be left with no warranty cover for a product that has always been defective.
This is poor service and shows complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I am now demanding a full replacement or complete refund.
To Future Buyers: Think twice before buying Bajaj hob tops. Quality issues, repeated repairs, and no fair resolution even after multiple complaints.
