Requesting return due to a serious safety hazard on first use; despite explaining human safety concerns, Amazon customer care cited policy constraints and is delaying pickup, which is disappointing—I regret buying this product and from this seller.
How does Amazon allow such unsafe products and sellers on its platform—despite explaining the serious safety risk, the customer care executive showed no sensitivity or concern for human safety and simply hid behind policy.
Extremely unsafe and disappointing product. On the very first use, the pressure cooker’s valve burst suddenly with a loud blast, creating a serious safety hazard. The noise and force were alarming, and it could have easily resulted in a major accident. We were fortunate that no one was injured—this felt like a near-miss situation rather than normal pressure release.
The build quality and safety mechanisms are highly questionable. A pressure cooker is supposed to release pressure in a controlled and safe manner, but this one failed at the most basic level. Such a defect on first use indicates poor quality control and manufacturing standards.
I strongly do not recommend this product to anyone, especially families. A pressure cooker should provide confidence and safety in the kitchen, not fear. Please think carefully before buying, and the manufacturer should urgently review quality checks, as this could potentially cause serious harm.

The cookers are very nice, the set of three. Incidentally, the one of them got a crack on the side. But when we contacted the support team, they were polite and took time to understand cause of our issue. They communicated very well and thanks to Migo customer service, we got a replacement. Their timely help is appreciated.
