Average product. Food sticks to the bottom. Gets scratched easily. Thin bottom as compared to others. Can be used if needed urgently otherwise would suggest to go for some other with thick bottom to avoid food sticking and getting burnt.

I purchased your kadai, but within just four months of normal use, it has developed cracks. This is very disappointing, as I did not expect such poor quality from your product.
The kadai was used properly and according to normal household use. This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect. I am unhappy with the quality of the product.
Please let me know if an exchange or replacement is possible at the earliest.
