They look a little different, but they are well made and work great!
There is no need for high heat with these skillets. The aluminum plate covers the bottom of the skillets and distributes the heat very evenly. I haven’t seen evidence of any hot spots. To sear with these is just a matter of leaving the meat in one place for longer than normal. Very little oil or butter is needed, only for flavor or desired crispness.
Honestly, these are the best skillets that I have ever owned. I used to be a believer of high heat cooking; not any longer. They heat up quickly, but not as quickly as copper. They don’t need much heat to cook and they cook evenly.
Just use a silicon spatula and spoon set, so that it isn’t scratched. Clean-up is a breeze, just let it cool down naturally.

Don’t know how well these will hold up until they’ve been used for awhile. They’re very nice looking. The handles are absolutely beautiful & so soft. I don’t recall reading if real wood or not,but they’re gorgeous. I really hope they maintain their look & feel,&hold up to washing & normal wear.
Handles don’t come attached,but easily done. So far,they feel secure after a few uses. Assuming these skillets hold up nicely over time,I highly recommend, even as a gift!

Individual 9″ pan worked so well for stir fries and other meals we decided to buy the 3 pc set. Really like the 8″ pan for cooking eggs – scrambled or omelet. The lack of handle rivets is a nice feature – easier to keep clean. As for the non-stick coating – it just works, and has been very durable for the 9″ pan (over a year’s use with no scratches or flaking). We hope this 3 pc set will perform similarly – there are no indications so far to the contrary.
