I had an issue and contacted their toll-free number, only to be told to send the details via WhatsApp. I did as instructed, and they assured me that someone would reach out within 24-48 hours. However, no one ever followed up. When I called their customer support again, they kept me on hold for a long time and then disconnected the call. The after-sales service is pathetic! I strongly advise against buying this product because if you ever need support, you’ll be left frustrated and helpless.
