Price History
Description
High-Capacity 6L Volume for Large Households
A standard small electric cooker often falls short when preparing meals for joint families or hosting weekend dinner parties. The AGARO Imperial resolves this by offering a spacious 6-litre capacity. Rated to handle up to 1.5 kg of raw rice (roughly 10 cups), it provides generous internal headroom that effortlessly accommodates large whole chickens, substantial meat cuts, or family-sized portions of biryani without risking dangerous liquid boil-overs.
14 Pre-Set Functions & Adjustable Pressure
Simplifying complex meal routines, the digital control panel features 14 intelligent pre-set multi-cooking functions tailored for various grains, meats, stews, and soups. Beyond automated timings, the AGARO Imperial includes Adjustable Pressure Controls, allowing you to manually toggle between low, medium, or high pressure depending on whether you are gently steaming delicate vegetables or fast-pressure-cooking tough root pulses.
Durable Stainless Steel Pot & Automated Convenience
To ensure long-term health safety and prevent chemical leaching, AGARO equips this model with a heavy-duty, uncoated Stainless Steel Inner Pot. It handles acidic tomato-based gravies and aggressive metal utensils without any risk of non-stick flaking. Additionally, the unit integrates a programmable delay timer and an automatic keep-warm function, enabling you to schedule your cooking cycles around busy workday schedules.
Target Demographics: Is the AGARO Imperial 6L Right For You?
Positioned competitively in the mid-range multi-cooker market, the AGARO Imperial Electric Pressure Cooker is tailor-made for medium-to-large families who want hands-free cooking automation without paying ultra-premium import prices. If you frequently cook bulk portions, value the health security of a stainless steel inner pot, and want adjustable pressure controls, this 6-litre unit is an exceptionally practical investment.
⚠️ Dealbreaker Alert: Water Ratio Adaptation
Because electric pressure cookers operate as highly sealed systems where almost zero steam escapes, you must consciously reduce your water inputs compared to traditional whistling stovetop cookers. Using standard stovetop water ratios in the AGARO Imperial will result in excessively soggy rice and watery gravies during your first few test runs.
User Intent FAQ & Troubleshooting
How much raw rice can I cook at once in this 6L model?
The AGARO Imperial is engineered to handle up to 1.5 kg (approximately 10 standard cups) of raw rice in a single cooking cycle, expanding safely as the grains absorb water and swell inside the 6L chamber.
Can I use the slow cook function without building pressure?
Yes. The slow cook and sauté presets operate without locking the pressure valve under high seal, allowing you to simmer stews or brown onions with the lid resting loosely or open.
Is the stainless steel inner pot dishwasher safe?
Yes. Because it is fabricated from pure, uncoated stainless steel without delicate non-stick coatings, you can safely wash the pot by hand or place it directly into your dishwasher.

To safely handle the heavy 6L stainless steel pot and protect your kitchen counters from high thermal transfer, we strongly recommend adding these items:
Heat-Resistant Silicone Mitts

✔ Essential Safety Accessory
16A Heavy-Duty Surge Protector
High-capacity electric cookers draw substantial electrical power during their rapid heating and pressurization phases. Plugging the unit into a dedicated heavy-duty surge protector protects its internal microcomputer from voltage spikes.

Test Kitchen Showdown: AGARO Imperial 6L vs. Geek Robocook Zeta & Nutricook Smart Pot 2
When searching for a 6-litre electric pressure cooker equipped with a pure stainless steel inner pot, buyers are met with several strong contenders. While standard multi-cookers offer fixed pressure curves, high-performance models introduce manual pressure customization and broad preset versatility. To see how the AGARO Imperial 6L compares in the mid-range market, we ran it head-to-head against two massive category benchmarks: the Geek Robocook Zeta 6L and the Nutricook Smart Pot 2 6L.

Reality Check 1: Manual Pressure Adjustment
Most electric multi-cookers rely entirely on automated black-box algorithms where you select a preset and hope the internal timing is correct. The AGARO Imperial 6L sets itself apart by integrating explicit Adjustable Pressure Controls. This allows experienced home cooks to manually toggle between low, medium, and high pressure levels, giving you granular control over whether you are gently simmering delicate vegetables or aggressively breaking down tough connective tissues in meats.
Reality Check 2: Toxin-Free Stainless Steel vs. Lid Ergonomics
All three units (AGARO, Geek, and Nutricook) share a vital health-conscious trait: they utilize pure stainless steel inner pots, entirely avoiding the toxic flaking risks of cheap non-stick coatings. However, they diverge in operational comfort. While the Nutricook Smart Pot 2 features a brilliant remote “Smart Lid” button to keep hands away from hot steam, the AGARO Imperial and Geek Robocook rely on traditional manual steam release valves that require slightly more caution during depressurization.
Reality Check 3: Raw Capacity and Rice Yield
While all three models are classified as 6-litre cookers, AGARO explicitly highlights its high-yield capacity—certifying that the chamber can comfortably process up to 1.5 kg of raw rice (about 10 cups). This makes the AGARO Imperial exceptionally generous for large families who require maximum grain expansion headroom without risking messy overflow into the condensation collector.
🎯 The Definitive Buying Verdict
- Buy the AGARO Imperial 6L if: You want manual control over your pressure settings (Low/Med/High) combined with a pure stainless steel inner pot and high-yield raw rice capacity (up to 1.5 kg) for a large family.
- Buy the Geek Robocook Zeta 6L if: You prefer heavily localized Indian presets (like specific Dal and Biryani buttons) backed by a massive integrated app recipe ecosystem.
- Buy the Nutricook Smart Pot 2 6L if: You prioritize advanced safety features like the remote Smart Lid steam-release button and want a globally proven multi-cooker design.

It’s nice product with lots of options with sturdy built , it makes cooking fast and easy yet clean.

Well! About the product, I’m really doubtful. It became completely disabled and stopped working within just three months, which honestly gave me chills. The product features are awesome — very helpful for everyone, whether you’re a bachelor or a family. From chicken to eggs, porridge to steaming, everything works great. I haven’t tried making a cake yet so I can’t comment on that, but I’m sure the service would be just as good.
However, the product’s lifespan is questionable. Interestingly, two people in my family bought it as well, and both faced the same issue.
Now, coming to the service: I raised a complaint about the product, received a callback, and then a video call for inspection. A lady named Anusmita checked everything necessary, understood that the problem was genuine, and I received a replacement within a week.
I truly hope this time the product lasts longer. But yes — the service team, especially the girl Anusmita, helped me a lot.

You people must know that although Agaro has a wide variety of choices available across the product line but they lack in after sales service pathetically. They do not have a dedicated customer support. They rather have outsourced their customer support to a company called USL as a result of which the people sitting there don’t have any knowledge about any product neither they can offer you any satisfactory solution. when my imperial electrical pressure cooker one button of Rice didn’t work, they told me they don’t have technician available so I should get it repaired by a local technician, if not I can replace the product at 4500/- when I try calling them none of them including their so called supervisor Ms. Suchandra also doesnot pick the call. Now how wud I be assured that the product will be delivered after making the payment that to on a link sent to me by the USL,specially when there are so many cyber frauds are happening now a days. So I asked I want to opt for COD. But then again no reply from them. So before buying anything from Agaro remember if it malfunctions then you lose completely.

Good product and supportive customer service
We have been using the AGARO Imperial Electric Pressure Cooker (6 litres) for around 2 years. The cooker is very useful for daily cooking. The preset modes are convenient and the capacity is good for a family. Overall, the product worked well for us during regular use.
After about 2 years of usage, we started getting a “LID” error and the cooker stopped working. We contacted customer care, and Payel Ghosh from the support team helped us through the replacement process. The cooker was replaced by the customer care team after we paid ₹4,500 for the replacement. The process was handled properly and the service was decent and responsive.
Overall, the product is good and the after-sales service support was satisfactory.
