after less than a year, this pan has completely lost its non-stick quality. can no longer cook over-easy eggs in it. Would love to know from others how they maintained the non-stick quality. Cooking over medium heat only.

Arrives in three boxes and bubble wrap, two boxes from factory@ Italy & one from amazon, impressive, keep the boxes as you might need them for return!. Expect to keep the boxes for the duration of the lifetime warranty,very nice out of box. poor balance on flat surface with out food within. In other words, tips easily empty, this is not a problem unless placed on a level hot gas cooking grate without oil or food within to pre heat…you should not pre-heat without something in the pan, at least tiny amount of your favorite oil!. Do follow prompt to pre season, me…coconut oil to smoke, x 3, with cooling phase. No wash between, just wipe.Great eggs, and small sautĆ© on low to med/low heat, much better than any other mid level pan. Wife stacked pans with SS pots! OMG!!! no scoring marks yet, after 3 weeks, perhaps I’ll trade bigger wife for more smaller pans. She has been chastised and will not be allowed in my cooking space till after the elections. Great pans,….but You Have To Take Care Of Your Stuff & Protect It, from your spouse!!

Heavy-duty stainless steel tawa is so good, it heats up fast and delivers perfectly even heat across the entire surface.

I really liked this pan when I first got it. The nonstick properties and clean-up were excellent. After using it for less than 2 weeks I noticed that there were 3 areas on the inside of the pan that had chipped off. I only used silicone utensils. I am returning the pan.

The quality is very good. Triply ensures heavy heating that I must agree. It is not very hevy. Weight is perfect and so the size. The paranthas and roti don’t stick and it is very easy to clean it with just soap water. Great product at such an value.

I had purchased this product in the month of October 2024.
Within 3 months the Tawa has stopped working and the dosas and fulkas are sticking and the Tawa is unusable.
I had high expectations from this product and with 10 years warranty on your sale brochures, I thought a warranty claim for such an expensiveĀ premium product would be a breeze.
The Tawa was used per instructions and I have always had washed it to take careĀ of it per instructions.
Its impossible to use the product now for basicĀ usage also. Feel bad for spending so much and trusting an alien brand which failed to deliver itself.
The customer care is a shame and impossible to reach.
I feel cheated using this useless product.

Pathetic. Buy an expensive item and company still lives in an era where they have to stick glue sticker in the centre that doesn’t come off easily. Leaves glue marks and cleaning it left permanent marks. Totally dissatisfied with the experience.
