This stove is primarily for LPG users but If you are a PNG user, you will need a PNG kit which comes along with the stove and the installation will have to be done by authorised personnel only from Sujatha Appliances who will charge about Rs 260 for his service. And the service is prompt usually in Metro and suburban areas. Overall after a couple of months usage, product is good.

It is designed aesthetically. Excellent experience I have had so far. Have been using it for a year now. Worth every penny it is!
Large enough to accommodate 3 big utensils. Burners are of 3 sizes to accommodate low, medium and high flames.

Before placing the order, I had called customer care and asked whether the stove will support PNG connection. And customer care assured me that the stove is fully compatible with PNG.
I couldn’t find any instruction in the user manual how PNG kit will be fixed.
Sujatha customer care executive installated PNG conversion kit , after two week.
The auto ignition battery is not supplied with package. I had purchased battery and the auto ignition worked for two days and stopped working,
The product is not worth for the money I paid.
I recommend not to purchase this stove

Worth to buy.Its a good product.But needs to provide free service for conversion to PNG to LPG OR provide customers product with conversion to PNG.

Auto ignition is not working. I have complaint the service centre and problem has been resolved. Service of sujata is very good
