Good product and no damages or performance issues observed after unboxing and after use of 1 week. Only thing is that I have to convert it into PNG by paying extra amount of rs 450 to prestige service technician though call centre representative said rs 230 charges to be paid but technician took 450 rs from us.

Piece observed with big burner bend condition. Glass observed with damage mark. Big burner observed not working at full flame after few days. abnormal sound while flame running. Black coat developed on burner within 10 days. Product with very very poor quality. Logistics of product is worst.
