Product has to shift automatically on warm mode but after cock complete always error E4

It is not fully auto cook although they claim it . All there recipes have auto and then 10 or 5 minutes of manual cook option that we need to use. So a dal which would take 10 min in a pressure cooker will effectively take 35 min in this insta pot
