I had a very disappointing experience with this cooker. The first unit I purchased started leaking from the lid, which made cooking difficult and messy. I requested a replacement, but it took seven months and a lot of hassle to finally get a warranty replacement. Unfortunately, the new cooker also has the same issue — it leaks from the lid just like the previous one. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable cooker.

The product is good no doubt but i wonder why it came without the amazon packaging. Due to this as u can see in the photo the handle side is broken. Secondly no extra gazekette which we get when we buy at a shop.
