Upon receiving the item, we immediately noticed a significant defect: the auto-ignition on one of the burners was not working correctly. Furthermore, after just three days of light use, we found black soot appearing around all three burners, a clear sign of a serious manufacturing issue. I have attached photos to this email that illustrate the problem.
Given these issues, I initiated a replacement order for the same model. However, on the day of delivery, the delivery agent refused to accept the return, claiming that the product was used. This is completely unacceptable. It is impossible to identify these types of defects without a short period of use. This policy effectively prevents customers from discovering and acting on product faults

The products is good, Heavy Gas burner stand is broken, so we request you to change the product or replace the Stand the delivery guy not coming to my address they’re talking own decisions and return the product

Not happy. High flame at start, no smooth flow of gas, while switching off it goes with a loud bang. I don’t feel safe using it. But glass top looks good, the burners have a flimsy stand too
