A defective product was delivered to me. I raised a complaint with the Philips customer care team, but it has been over 10 days and no technician has visited to inspect the issue. This experience has been extremely frustrating. I would never recommend purchasing any Philip product , as they deliver defective products and show no accountability or responsibility toward customers.

I have been using this air fryer since april and I would say that it eases your task. Incase you have a small family 2 to 3 people you can go for it its easy to make using less oil but its not transparent so you have to check in between and it doesnot provide any cooking guide so you have to find out the temp setting and other stuffs on youtube other than that Its working efficiently 😛😋
