I bought a 24 cms sized anodized pan so that it doesn’t clash with other pans / utensils kept on adjacent burner for a 3 burner cooktop.
Initial two days the pan was good, where none of the food for stuck. But after that, even following instructions of letting the pan cool to room temperature and then wash, we have had issues with food getting stuck to the base.
One solution to this is to fry stuff on a low flame using this pan to avoid anything getting stuck.

If u can, then don’t buy this . This cooker is worthless , within a month every thing was coming out , the handle broke , the nod loosens , and even the cooker head was broken
