This is a most third class product I have ever seen. There was fake warranty given by Amazon & as well as by Glen. Thr r no after sales services. Product has stopped working after 6months, Amazon has not taken any responsibility for product related issues. Don’t buy ths product from Amazon as well as from Glen. Try to buy high value products from your local store.

There is no better option for a 60 cm chimney. We love square cooktop with 4 burners. This one perfectly covers the burners. 1000 M3 suction is powerful. We also use it as exhaust fan in the morning to bring in fresh air in the kitchen every morning. Stainless steel quality is good and shiny. Operating switches of chrome finish look elegant. This is our second chimney of same model. The earlier one is being used since 4 years at another location without any problem. However new one has only one LED light instead of two before. Two lights look better and give great view of food on cooktop. There were minor noise issues which company team fixed soon. Good job Glen.

Yet to use the product – Looks as expected. However real issues are different:
a) Installation – Wait for 48 hours after your request, in a world where 10 minutes things happen – Unprofessional team!
b) Technical did not want to use the duct pipe, I bought – Hence made me purchase the supposedly ‘longer’ tube. Shelled out 2200Rs for installation + pipe. this is their business trick. Very evident in the way he was commenting on the duct pipe, I had bought.
