Mukesh technician who visited my house for installation was very cooperative, understanding and helpful.

The cooktop is working fine and has good heat flow in both small and medium burners.
However, few cons which could have been avoided for a cooktop of this price:
1. Nobody came for installation or demo. No service call from the brand either post delivery.
2. This hob needs to be connected to a plugpoint. Please keep in mind while planning electrical sockets in kitchen. Not recommended in areas with poor power.
3. The coating on the brass burners is coming out on washing it.

We recently purchased the 4 brass burner and from day 1 we are seeing problems with it. We waited for a week to get the Installation done, but no one showed up. So we went ahead and installed it by ourself. On top of that, we found one of the burners doesn’t ignite. We tried to reach the service team at least 20 times and no one showed up. Definitely very bad experience with this purchase.
