This is my second Faber hob as i bought this for my parents. I have been using the same product for 6 months. I have Faber inbuilt Micro and inbuilt Oven too. Good Installation and delivery by Faber. Engineer was knowledgeable, quick and courteous.
Product is sturdy, knobs are of good quality, auto ignition works without a miss. My friends using other product have been complaining of auto ignition failure in 3 months

It’s a good product but there was some struggle initially. While cleaning the hob you need to remove the burner stand and the burner too as things spill while cooking. Even now it is a struggle to fix it back as it won’t work if it is not fixed well.
The Faber representative was pushing us to purchase the extended warranty which was already being provided by Faber. Buyers need to be careful with this. Check with the company before you succumb to the pressures of these representatives.
