the manual was not clear on how to use auto ignite, but after some time, i was able to find the press button on the side. other than that it was an easy set up and works very well

I strongly advise against purchasing this cooktop gas stove. While they advertise a 2-year warranty, it’s essentially useless because they charge visiting fees for their technicians even during the warranty period which is (Rs. 400/per visit)! This is completely unethical, especially when the product itself is defective.
On top of that, the warranty coverage is extremely limited, with key components of the stove not adequately covered. This feels like a deliberate attempt to squeeze more money from customers after the purchase.
I regret my decision to buy this product and want to warn others to avoid this trap. Save your money and go for a brand that stands behind its product without exploiting customers through hidden charges and limited warranties. Choose wisely!
