I have been using this hob over a month now and it’s good, interms of auto ignition, flames, lookwise average, but it works properly . Although, I had to get in touch with elica service to get it installed properly (increase flames, get the pipeline gas connected) Due to lockdown I had to wait a little for the service guy, anyway he fixed it and since the service wasn’t provided by Amazon, I had to pay some amount to the guy.

The Elica hob 4 Gas burner is a very beautiful, useful product for every home it has two jumbo burners and two large burners which cook the food quite fast. The flame is totally blue which means saving some fuel. After sale service and follow up of the company is good. However, the auto ignition switches needs some kind of improvement for which I needed to call service engineer. The servicing team changed the switches to my satisfaction and even followed for FOC service post expiry of warrantee.

The product was delivered within two days of ordering by amazon. Elica three gas burner is built in hob which can be used as a cook top also it’s easy to use, compact and looks great . The burner was installed by elica’s technicians only for which I have to pay…. It would be great if installation of the product was free. Other than that the product is totally value for money and services provided by the company was on time and hassle free. It’s a great buy for your kitchen and it comes with warranty.

First of all thanks to amazon for the packaging and on time delivery. I jus took a risk to order this burner after going thru so many bad reviews but trust me you will fall in love with this beauty.Performance and Quality is awesome.Burners are Italian elegant burners. Toughened glass and knob looks solid .

The gas stove has multiple issues. There are inherent design flaws in the product.
1. It almost impossible to keep it clean. Water or any food items or spillage very very easily goes into the gas inlets for burner because of which auto ignition stops working, the flame becomes low and red and sometimes doesn’t even start
2. When the auto ignition does not work, the gas still keeps coming out and with some spark it sometime becomes a massive flame blast which at times even comes on hand. This is huge fire hazard.
3. The buttons are too close to the flame and become hot to a point where they can’t be used with bare hands even with 30-40 mins of use.
Amazon Customer –
All burners are on full blast, no modulation of burner speed. Seems like all the regulators are faulty and I am left to regulate the input source instead of the stove. Useless product. Don’t buy.
Review after 6 months: chasing techicians is a norm and waiting for weeks is too. Technicians are useless and customer service is non-existent. All in all mistake which I would like to avoid ever and go for a different brand.
