Good product of of now. Installation guy not picked call and very bad staff from Elica. When installation needed they call us but if any issues they never lift the call. Issue is flame is not coming properly after you dont use for 1 hour. Also flame is comes out of burner too.

No one turned up for installation after taking appointment twice, now return window closed . The hob we bought has a problem , tried installation with local person, leak is suspected . How do we get warranty? No contact with company . Helpline closed.
