The worst product and worst customer service experience. I moved into a new home and ordered the cooktop on 03rd Feb for next day delivery on 04th Feb, I received this product on 04th Feb and it was opened on 05th Feb for use. The moment we opened one of the gas burner was crooked (manufacturing/ placement defect) and other burner was not working on auto ignition. This was immediately reported to amazon customer service with pictures and videos. I asked the team for a replacement as it promised replacement while I ordered, but they said replacement is not available so i should be returming
The 1st return was scheduled on 07th Feb and it was refused to pick up as the gas was used. I explained to the person that to see if the gas is working or not it’s has to be used (twice). I called the customer service again spoke to 3 different people & repeated the same story who then promised to schedule a return for 08th Feb without verification. When the person arrived at my door step he once again refused to take the cooktop as it should it verification. Again When I called Amazon and spoke to 2 people they said it’s an error from their side as they did not create a return without verification. The person ensured that he will call me on 09th Feb around 3pm and schedule a return without verification. Since I didn’t receive a call, I called amazon customer service and repeated the same story to 2 people. The person now tells me to wait until 14th Feb as they need to investigate why it has been refused. This is pure harassment first of all they don’t provide replacement, Secondly speaking to so many people and yet I just heat sorry sorry but no solution. The last call I requested to speak to a senior person but then the call was disconnected. This is not the first product that is defeated, I ordered an aquaguard too which is defected with no replacement option (inspired of showing replacement while ordering) all these days we have eating from out waiting for this pathetic product to be moved out of the kitchen. I did order another gas from Elica yesterday and hope that’s not defected. Overall it’s a failure for online shopping, worst product and service from hot blow

Very good from a function point of view. It could offer some more adjustment of the intensity of the fire, but it is manageable.
The quality of the product is limited though, with the square skirts around each fire barely looking parallel each other!
