Quality is very good but the size is very small. Smaller than the samll size i imagined before ordering. This is set of 2 pieces. The bigger one maybe used as making sabzi for 1 person or frying pooris. The smaller is suitable for tempering seeds for tadka for dal.
Main problem is when you heat it, it takes some time to heat up the base as it is thick but the wall of the pan gets heated up quickly and it starts smoking. At this point, if you add seeds like mustards seeeds, it doesn’t sputter as oil is not hot enough but the wall of the pan is heated up and smoking. Also, there is the usual problem of steel utensil: sides of the pan getting golden tinge. I have to use steel scrubber to remove the stain.
Another negative point, handle gets heated up.
Bought it for health reason as alternative to aluminum but regretting it.
