I purchased a wonderchef chimney for kitchen in Feb 25. A non-functioning defective product was supplied. The suction blower did not work as the motor was faulty. Now, in a chimney, there is hardly anything else apart from the blower! how did the product pass their QC? The general construction quality too, is flimsy. The company refused to replace the faulty product, and despite protests, I agreed to get the blower replaced to salvage the purchase. I was in for another shock when the company, after three weeks, sent another motor blower as a replacement which did not fit or work!. Still even after this they did not agree on product replacement and again gave me 10 days to resolve and yet they didn’t. This has been going on since February. Call center simply keeps a doing a cut paste reply of we will resolve it and provides a technician number that does not exist!. So you have to keep calling the call center and keep repeating the same story as every time a new person will reply at call center, and you will start from zero. This is the level of service in NCR. Imagine for those who are in smaller cities. Wonderchef makes poor quality and to compound that, don’t even have simple parts or replacements and have no customer service ethos. and this is for a brand new product !
