The media could not be loaded.
The chimney stopped functioning after 20 days due to circuit burn out. Fortunately same day got a call from Amazon to review the product. I told them its become faulty. They arranged to replace the circuit board. Now its functional. Thanks to Amazon and Glen. It is not silent iand produces heardable sound. Can’t know it is cleaning when clean button pressed.

A very bad product. Easily damaged if the electricity fluctuate even a little. Most worst part is the service. Glen service guys donโt reply on time. Itโs been 15 days i have raised the request still got no reply.
Buy this product on your risk if you want to get into hassle.
