Itโs working ok but there is some noise during high speed also flap cover not available during machine off so that no any dust particles enter from outside

Product is working fine but Installation person was not good. He tried to sell us a aluminium duct pipe way too costly. He made a bill of 3500 for just installation. We denied and he started shoutingย

Amazing product with affordable price and service is also great. Even I’ve got a great assistance from the team till the installation done of the chimney. The product have great suction quality.

Good looking SS body .. At their first delivery,
the push buttons of that chimney were found very hard and did not work properly … we asked for its replacement… Both Amazon & Glen’s customer care representatives helped for replacement…. But the kitchen chimney which was supplied at their 2nd delivery, the Blower/ Suction pump did not worked due it mechanical fault … Glen customer service representative checked it and recommended for its replacement… At last Amazon provided me the refund amount….

Due to problems in push button system, I returned back the product for replacement … the Next one was delivered and installed … Glen claimed the installation charge again ….but Amazon returned back that installation charge in my Amazon Pay account…. Thanks to Amazon for their service….
Again the Newer Kitchen Chimney was not working after installation… After receiving complaint … Customer care personnel is doing needful for refund…. till waiting for refund
