It was a fast delivery to Bangalore, the same day when the chimney was delivered we were contacted by Faber customer care. They scheduled the technician to come and install the chimney (we waited less than 48 hrs since the delivery – for it to be installed).
Very happy about the product – functional, easy to manage (just few buttons, very easy for elder people to deal with it too).

Oil dipping from all side of the lower surface since installation. Pathetic service team and after sale service. Called 4times every time only assurance that engineer will reach within 2days. No sign after 2week of complain. Don’t buy this crap
Update: after many persuation service engineer visited but was unable to find a clue. Upon asking him for a check of inclination as required for the design he checked and found the installation is not right. The inclination is towards front instead of towards oil collector side. He placed two wood piece to make the same right. Since then it’s looks ok. And oils now getting collected at proper place. So all was due to poor installation only.

Faber is worst with chimney. The one purchased is not effective and has loud noise. The smoke does not get pulled even at max level. Also the service is not free and every time a technician is called 500/- needs to be paid even if it is manufacturer defect
