The PCB does not last long. I had to replace 2 times in 23 months. A PCB costs 3250. The other thing is the service is poor.

Delivery was good.
Installation-They insist for their team to complete installation.(Any one can get this done locally with lower charge).
Performance – Fresh air for user is not serving it’s purpose because of the vent design (can’t divert all air), height to be fixed for single user to get flow.
Noise level – As the speed increases noise too
Digital control – Nice with light and push buttons,but the user has to select every switch on.
Cons : When ‘2’ (speed control button led)flashes you don’t know why and nowhere it can be found
Warranty- They will ask you to send the filled one by post,but now it’s more than 30 days after posting…no response

Fantastic product and very smooth installation experience. The technology is very nice and fan is powerful and gives good air output. Only thing is that you have to adjust it according to your height. Technician will help you. It looks very different from normal chimneys and is surely an eye catcher. Am getting compliments everyday from friends and relatives :). Thank you faber ang Amazon
