1. Delivery- on spot and on time
2. Installation – Initially got call for installation and they told its free even if it is online. I had to follow multiple times for them to send a personnel for installation. On the day of installation they told me I have to pay for installation. This time the person on call told me that he doesn’t know who told me that the installation is free from his agency. Negative customer satisfaction
3. Chimney Usage- Excellent till now. I have 4 burners gas stove in square shape, it takes up most of the steam. Noise level is extremely low and upto the mark. Till Now I am happy with this product

I purchased the Elica 90cm 1500 m³/hr BLDC Filterless Autoclean Kitchen Chimney (SPT MAX FL 900 BLDC HAC LTW MS NERO) on Amazon India and was truly impressed with the overall experience. I received the product with 1-day delivery, which was much faster than expected. The installation was also done within 24 hours of delivery, which made the process incredibly convenient.
The installer was professional and did a neat job with the fitting. The chimney itself looks premium in black, and the full grill design gives a modern touch to my kitchen.
