I want to give a special mention to Mr. Rabiel Hussen ji who was from the installation team for providing an amazing product installation support and demo.
This was tricky installation as there was some space issue but Rabiel ji very smartly managed to setup the outlet and chimney.
Overall satisfied with the product and installation hoping to have a good functional experience with this Elica chimney. ✨

Not as quiet as expected. Motion detection is fine. Suction power is fine too, but not upto expectations. But look wise its stylish.
Seller didn’t take care while packing, upper painted part of the hood has got scratches due to installation kit kept right over it without any proper insulation.

Recommended for purchase through Amazon. Product delivered carefully and within given time. After installation I can feel the smoothness and the classic quality of the product. Very happy after installation. Only one issue is very bad that the Elica service provider behaviour is very bad and don’t even try to install the product in given time. Amazon should complain about the matter with the Elica company as my product was installed on 27th Jun whereas I received the item on 21th. It’s very disappointed that instead feels regret about poor service, Elica service provider try to arguing about the issue. Very shame on Mr Suman and Miss Papiya Debnath of West Bengal Elica service Center (Dunlop Branch).

I have bought this product on 20.01.19 but could not installed due to location change. I have called elica for installation in the month of March but it has been informed by technician that this product could not be installed at my place due to technical issues/less hight.
The return window was already closed and now I m in big trouble. Amazon has advised me to contact seller.
The team elica viz. Mr Surendra Pilla and Miss Archana is supporting me a lot to find out some solution for replacement of this product with one compatible with my kitchen. I really appreciate the efforts taken by team elica and recommend everyone to go with products of Elica and hope that team Elica will arrange for replacement without any loss to me.

I will write a review on his functionality later.. after its use of atleast 3 months. Now the main point is that…The elica chimney delivered to me, didn’t came with aluminium foil pipe and a cage to cover his mouth. Technician from elica said ,we have to purchase from him ,pipe worth Rs800 and Cover Rs200.
When I inquired Amazon Customer care,they said it comes only with installation kit ,not with duct pipe and cover.. So what do we mean by Installation kit.. Only Chimney and its clamps.. I bought this product as it was mention in review ,that yes installation kit comes with it. Means a PIPE ..But customer care said to purchase from technician as installation kit means something different ..Really wasted my time discussing this topic with amazon customer care..

The product is very good. The noise level is also ok. But for the installation of the chimney the technician who was being sent was a big fraud. He charged an amount of ₹ 5000 for installation and core cutting. And he was demanding more of ₹1600 for the installation and duct pipe. We save money by buying a product from amazon and such people cheat us by charging a heavy amount as most of the customers are unaware about the core cutting and other charges. The Service centre person was also arguing with us. So, we kindly request you to keep a check on such people.
