After one month of usage, the Chimney is working in good condition. This was installed with ductless filter which is an additional benefit of not drilling in kitchen premises.

The noise is loud, and there’s issue with this product. The hydraulic system attached to the glass with gum it to open and close when turned on or off. The gum has come loose, and the hydraulic force pushed the below chimney glass, causing it to fall onto the gas stove.

Not a perfect finished product . The Air ejection hole on chimney body is 5 inch but company gave 6 inch delivery pipe so it not fit on the hole (as per so called technician who came for installation) . Installation guy’ is very unskilled , unprofessional . He damaged the chimney & leave the work unfinished but take full payment . KAFF haven’t any control on their service centres . They are not attend the work but report to KAFF that the service is completed , they haven’t needed the ‘happy code’ which sent from KAFF to close the complaint or request .
