Ram very bad experience –
Dislike service is very poor not on time
Burner quality is very poor after some time it get badly stick on their frame

I can not believe after buying chimney and hub paying Rs 40,000/- will not get service within warranty period. Customer care is telling βyou have your product under warranty. Here is your complaint number, assigned to Tulshi, service centre ( no existence on map).β Service centre called, heard and told βwe donβt have parts right now. We will call you when we will have.β Months passed. Then called Tulshi they said βtill donβt have partsβ. Again registered complain – months passed. Same things repeated 3 times. And it happening from November and now end of February. What a bad experience with Hindware. For Chimney got service because it is paid. But no service for hub although till under full warranty according to customer care. Now they are asking for 3000 for service. What the hell !!

Burner kiquality bhut hi kharab hai ,bhut jaldi jaldi badalwane padte hai,aur bhut hi costly bhi hai so never puchase hindware hob
