I have been using it from around 2 months. There only problem I face is that the space between the burners in column i.e vertical is not sufficient, wide utensils cannot come altogether. Space between the burners in rows i.e. horizontal are good

Recently we renovated our kitchen..upgraded all the appliances..since, we had heard very good of the Glen products, bought the hob & chimney…chimney doesn’t work without the additional exhaust..burners are not stable the utensils fall off …imbalanced…the customer service says that these burners are meant for the flat base utensils๐คฌ๐กBad Purchase…really regret!

It is a good product with value for Money. The dimensions are well thought and aligns with my kitchen slab and the chimney. The pods are well sperated to operate simultaneously.
The installation and use is intuitive with no extra efforts.

Worst ever hob I’ve used.
First thing is all the stands are not in place. Its keeps moving. And it doesn’t keep the vessel properly in place. More chances to topple while stirring.
No two adjacent burners can be Used simultaneously. Auto ignition is not smooth.
Main thing is the flame in the large burner is coming out and its very dangerous to stand close to the hob while the big burner is in use.
On the whole . . .there are many designing mistakes.
Please do not go for this model.
Was using Kaff for the past twelve Years. Never had these problems, not even once.

Looks good. Largely works fine but there are a few issues:
1. The base (pan support) is a bit light. When moving heavy utensils like cooker or cooking (in kadhai), the base does not remain in place. Will be better if the pan support was of heavier metal
2. The spark plugs tend to move away from the burner with time, and it fails to ignite the burner. You need to push it back to position so that it is close enough to ignite the burner
3. The knobs are all black. There is no white/red marking to easily identify the position (off/sim/high)
