The burner is good and the glass is strong and scratchless. The burner itself has no noise and auto-ignition works perfectly on batteries. It is very easy to use Nd easy to install ourselves even though faber sent an installation expert to install it for the first time. The burner is quite safe and there has been no gas leakages in the last one year though it lacks an auto cut feature. we are satisfied after using it for almost one year. The delivery had some issues like the wrong model being delivered etc so we had to get it replaced twice. But post that the burner has been functioning flawlessly. The post sale service for faber is also satisfactory. So overall it has been a good experience

I recently purchased the Faber three-burner hob, and I’m extremely satisfied with the product as well as the installation service. The hob looks sleek, premium, and adds elegance to my kitchen. The burners are well-spaced, powerful, and easy to clean, making cooking hassle-free. The flame distribution is perfect, and the overall build feels sturdy and durable.
Special appreciation to the Faber technician who arrived for installation—he was punctual, professional, and explained the usage and safety tips clearly. His neat and efficient work made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend both the hob and Faber’s excellent service.

Update after 3 months of usage: Bad product as one of the burner is keep giving issues. It was very low flame at first, then after complaint it became very high flame with around 2ft height later fixed to low flame. Then from the last week that same burner is keep running out of flame and making too much noise randomly. Not using that burner from last 1 week and service guy needs to replace some parts. Its also not spillage proof as the spilled milk and tea getting stucked in the burder gaps. According to the customer care it needs cleaning in every 5-6 months which is also paid.
Overall very bad experience in just 3 months of purchase after purchasing a stove which costs 13k+. Should have gone with Prestige 3k-6k model which are more user friendly.
I was looking for a new gas stove and stumbled upon the one. Looks very modern and stylish. World perfectly. The only issue is the knobs are getting hot near the large burner but not too much.
Service and installation was swift and quick.
