If a product is delivered broken, they do not provide a replacement. Faber’s customer service and the manager ‘Tinku Sharma’ are very rude.

Firstly don’t buy this product. I mean any of the Faber product. The product received was damaged. It was not level when placing on the table top. It’s clear it was a manufacturing complaint. Tried to contact Faber customer service but they don’t even responded. Tried to call 3 times. But only said they will remind the service team. Still nothing happened. Very bad service from the Faber. I waited till the 5th day of delivery for Faber customer service team. No response from them. So i returned the product back. Seriously I don’t trust Faber service.
