One Burner is not working from day one. I have registered a complaint trfarding the same. The technician came and he doesn’t know the repair procedure. He went away saying that another technician will be coming for this repair. After 1 month Today I have got message that my repair got completed. Really very disappointing service.

Best 3 multi ring brass burner hobtop for me considering latest design, space, AI and FFD. 2 big burners and 1 small burner. 8 mm glass thickness. Just check your platform space before buying.
If you get it below 20k then go for it. Only concern is Amazon didn’t initiate the service call and I have to book the appointment by myself.

Nice product. Overpriced. If anyone wants stylist product then you can spend heavy amount otherwise its wastage of money. You can buy standard gas hub with 5-6k.

I have been using this hob for the last 6 months. Here are the points I liked about it:
* It is very sturdy
* The knob operation is smooth
* What I liked the most about this hob is that it does not leak any overflowed liquid beneath the burners. It is very easy to clean.
What I didn’t like:
* It is battery operated. It would have been better if it was operating on a 230v AC input. Anyway, it is still running on the first battery that I had installed. But I have to keep a spare battery within reach as the battery may get over anytime.
* Auto gas off feature is not there. In my previous hob, there could be no leakage of gas if the flame was not burning, as the hob would cut off gas supply if flame is not there in the burner. But in this hob, this feature is not there. We have to be extra careful to make sure that all the knobs are turned off and there is no gas leakage. Ofcourse we have to go for a higher priced hob if we want this feature.
* The front and back burners on each side feels to be very close to each other. It would have been better if the spacing between the burners was a bit more.
Overall verdict: I am happy with this hob as there are no operational complaints so far, and it is running smoothly.
