I have purchased elica hob 3 burner Flexi Hexa 360 Lotus Ind HD Brass on 10.02.2025 And installed in 11.02.2025. But during the time of cooking toughen glass has been broken at same day. I think quality is very poor.

The back burner is on the edge which makes it difficult to use on a standard sized countertop as the utensil would hit the wall. The installation guy sold off smaller hospe pipe which didnot reach the gas nozzle once the granite drilling was done after he left. Now he doesn;t reply, neither does refund or replace. No reciept for installation amount breakup either. no warranty card unless you show them a positive review on amazon.
