Versatile, Time-Saving, and a Game-Changer for the Kitchen!
I bought the Instant Pot a few months ago, and it has truly revolutionized my cooking experience. As someone who loves experimenting with recipes but doesn’t always have the time to stand by the stove, this gadget has been a lifesaver.
What I love most about the Instant Pot is its versatility. From sautéing to pressure cooking, it handles everything efficiently. It’s easy to use, with clear instructions and intuitive settings, even for someone who’s not very tech-savvy. Cleanup is also a breeze since the inner pot is dishwasher-safe.
Favorite Recipe: Vegetable Pulao (One-Pot Indian Rice Dish)
Here’s a simple and healthy recipe I tried recently:
Ingredients:
• 1 cup basmati rice (rinsed and soaked for 20 minutes)
• 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 cloves
• 1 small onion (sliced)
• 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans)
• 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
• 1.5 cups water
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Turn on the sauté mode on the Instant Pot. Heat oil and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon, and cloves. Sauté for 30 seconds.
2. Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and stir.
3. Toss in the mixed vegetables, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
4. Drain the rice and add it to the pot. Stir gently to coat the rice with the spices.
5. Add water and salt. Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to pressure cook mode (high) for 6 minutes.
6. Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
7. Fluff the pulao with a fork, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot.
This dish was perfectly cooked, with fluffy rice and well-blended flavors. The Instant Pot retained the aroma of the spices beautifully, and the entire process was quick and hassle-free!

Instant pot essential 6QT is versatile,fast and easy to use.it replace multiple appliances like a slow cooker,rice maker,and steamer.They are great for saving time by cooking meals much faster . working fine thanks to instant pot. I personally like this model. I get a lot of use out of my instant pot and can’t imagine cooking without it.It is easy to cook fried rice, beans ,pulao and briyani etc Quality of product is very good after one year use container and body is perfect.
