this product did not work at all. trying to return but the photo is mandatory. what photo can you take of a non-working item? I’m completely confused. Will try to add a photo to return the item. Also, there is no provision to cancel/get a refund. This item is only eligible for replace? what if that is also not working?

Easy to use but lid/ Cover is very light and also knob on the cover /lid is loosely fit and storing water drops after cooking which comes out slowly after cleaning. Transparent cover could have been better.Pl replace cover as seems defective.Also not clear what is meant by P R W O red colour since we expected red colour of item.Thanks I couldn’t get any response for my request. After use we find performance is not satisfactory .
