This was so easy to use and everything worked brilliantly for 1.5 years
Now after 18 months one fine day put some water in a pan and after a few min boom
Went in the kitchen to find this cracked
I am having mixed feelings now
Let’s see if the ceramic plate can be replaced and this can be fixed.
As the warranty is of one year, I’ll just get this fixed by the local shop now

Writing the product after 30 days use.
1. The product is good and didn’t face any issues so far.
2. Packaging was good and delivery was fast.
3. Temperature adjustment is not that much effective but still we can handle it.
4. Not adding pictures because I’m cooking now while I’m writing this review. Item is same as in the description, no initial damage.
5. I doubt about the power saving intelligence but not commenting on it since I don’t know how to verify it.
6. Description says extra long cord but it’s short and that’s disappointing.
7. But I liked the product since there is no issues after a month of use.
8. I don’t feel cleaning is easy, at least for me.

I am writing this review after a few months of usage to ensure the correct performance is portrayed.
The heat is concentrated in the centre and the spread is not uniform across the vessel’s bottom. The cooking material sticks to the bottom of the cooker and vessels causing the food to be burnt at the bottom. Dosa gets overcooked at the centre leaving the peripheral area uncooked. Dosa is a disaster in this stove.
There is a serious problem with the heating mechanism. I am not sure whether it is only in this piece or the whole model.
I want the manufacturer USHA to note this. If the problem is only with my piece, they may replace my stove. If the model is faulty, they may take corrective action. In any case I need a feedback from the manufacturer at the earliest.
This review is after using the stove for over 18 months. Due to the defective coil detected right after the purchase, USHA replaced the coil and the product could be used. However over the last one year or so a crack had developed on the beading between the hot plate and the control panel. This probably allowed the fluid from the cooking vessels to get inside of the product. Now there was a blast inside and the it stopped working. USHA’s outsourced staff examined and declared that the mother board under control panel and probably the board under the coil have failed and needed replacement. And it would cost Rs 1550 which is about three fifths of the original cost. And there is no guarantee as to how long it will work. So who will accept this? I asked for free replacement and they refused as it was beyond warranty.
And now they have closed the complaint stating that the invoice was not available whereas it is certainly available.
Sum and substance is USHA doesn’t have the courage to accept that the product supplied was defective. In fact all the while they were fielding only the outsourced maintenance staff and none of the USHA employees even bothered to call. This is the reality of their customer care. I am really surprised at the way they were handling the customer. I didn’t expect this from a reputed brand like USHA.

I’m just listing the intial qualities than i had experienced, as I’m a hosteller so I’ll use it regularly then I’ll edit my review and would tell about it’s every up’s and down’s soon..
Pros:
1. Size of the induction is good (Standard
size)
2. Quality of the plastic and above ceramic
glass also feels quite good.
3. Not much operational noise.
4. Push buttons given are of good quality.
5. Pause/Resume function given will surely
prove of great work.
6. 5-6 Presets are already given.
7. Timer is also given which can be adjusted
between 2min to 3 hours.
8. Length of cable given is good, so no
problem will happen to place it
around1m meter range.
9. It can be operated on 120w, 300w, 500w,
700w, 900w, 1100w, 1300w, 1500w,
1600w
10. Display brightness is good and visible
clearly in daylight.
Cons:-
1. The display doesn’t shows under which
power it’s being operated instead a very
small indicator (led) is given over the
power markings to indicate it.
2. Anti-slip pad is missing on two vents
(maybe it’s particularly fault of my unit)
3. Feels light weight hence low quality
plastic has sort of been used for the
manufacture of the outer body.
4. No indicator is present on the body to
show whether it is on or off (biggest con)
i mean when the unit is off but the main
power plug supply switch is on there is no
indication that the induction is getting
power supply or not
By the way Packaging of the product by Cloudtail India was pathetic, no outer layer cardboard box for protection is used.
But overall totally satisfied by its price 1850 rs (+200 cashback) and performance till now.
