I have both PIC 15.0 and PIC 20.0 and have been using since last 2 years. I don’t have gas stove so I use these for DAILY cooking and here are my experiences:
1. Build quality of PIC 15.0 is excellent.(but more expensive)
2. Temperature stability is slight good in PIC 15.0
3. Both are good for cooking vegetables in pan/pressure cooker and boiling water/milk.
4. I don’t see huge difference in power consumption. Both have power saver technology + you can control the wattage in almost every mode.
5. PIC 15.0 is NOT good for cooking chapatis.
Chapati’s need constant heating and I don’t know why but it stops heating Tawa like in every 1-2 minutes and the chapatis don’t puff/cook well. I tried every mode but no use. On the other hand, PIC 20.0 heats the Tawa constantly in D/C mode so it beats PIC 15.0 here.
Overall, I can say PIC 20.0 can do everything that PIC 15.0 can do. The only trade off is build quality. PIC 20.0 will get cracks (not the heating top but the side bodies) in 1-2 months of use but I can ignore this from the price point. My suggestion would be to go for PIC 20.0 or any other model instead of this.

1600 Watt – as power full as your domestic stove big burners. Very useful if you are travelling with a kid and need to cook food for them. Comes with a timer which saves time since you don’t have to wait until the food is cooked to switch the thing off. Decent wt. Designed for safety with timers switching it off if not in use.
Specific utensils can be used with the Induction based heating tech. Any stainless steel utensils can be used so also the new pans and cookers that come with induction base attached to it.
